Mental Wellbeing

The WHO-Five Well-Being Index is a short questionnaire with only five questions, which is supposed to record well-being . It was proposed by the World Health Organization as a screening questionnaire in order to ask further questions in the interview if necessary. Values from 0 to 5 is given for each question. By adding up the values for the answers, a total value is obtained, with a low total value corresponding to a low level of well-being. A value less than 13 should indicate a possible depression.
